His siblings were very excited to have little brother (and Mommy!) home again. Hannah is so, so good with him ... just like a little mama. They all love the little fella.
Tonight we were able to host another lady whose little girl also has spina bifida. We met her when Paton was first born. She comes up on the bus all the way from the Texas/Mexico border. We are praying for her and her little one.
Well ... here's hoping that it will be a long time before Paton has to be back in the hospital!

ReplyDeletePraise the Lord that Paton is back home! I'm just so excited for all of you and for him that I'm crying tears of joy right now. What a sweet little fella he is. God is SO good to us!

ReplyDeleteI am a friend of Scott's who lives in Eden. NC. Our daughter was born with Spina Bifida in September of 2008 (L3-L4). She had a shunt revision in February of 2010. As of now, she is doing wonderful....she crawls and walks with the aid of KAFOs and a walker (although she has not quite perfected the walking aspect of her therapy). I hope we can get in touch with one another. Paton seems very much like my daughter (Whitten)and we are very familiar with what you have been goin through.
